Willis Towers Watson announced its new Global Leadership Team to drive the company forward. In addition to John Haley and Carl Hess the following leaders have been named to the Global Leadership Team: Kristy Banas as Chief Human Resources Officer, Anne Bodnar as Chief Administrative Officer, Marco Boschetti as Head of Retirement – Health, Wealth and Career, Scott Burnett as Chief Commercial Officer – Risk and Broking, Alexis Faber as Chief Operating Officer, Matt Furman as General Counsel, Adam Garrard as Head of Risk and Broking, Julie Gebauer as Head of Health, Wealth and Career, Katherine Gehman as Head of Marketing, Cecil Hemingway as Head of Transformation, Luis Maurette Head of Sales and Client Management – Risk and Broking Head of Latin America – International, Eric McMurray as Head of Health and Benefits – Health, Wealth and Career, John Merkovsky as Head of Corporate Risk and Broking Risk Consulting, Analytics, Corporate Risk and Broking Global Large Account Strategy Leader, Anne Pullum as Head of Europe, Imran Qureshi as Head of North America, Pam Rollins as Head of Communication, Alastair Swift as Head of Global Lines of Business – Risk and Broking, Chief Executive Officer of Willis Limited (expected nominee, subject to regulatory and other approvals, Pamela Thomson-Hall as Head of International, Gene Wickes as Head of Benefits Delivery and Administration – Health, Wealth and Career, Joe Gunn will take on a critical new role as Chairman of Corporate Risk and Broking North America, focusing on business development, senior level talent acquisition and retention, market relationship management and other aspects of strategy execution in this business. John Bremenwill take on a critical new role to develop a new corporate function called Innovation & Acceleration to maximize and accelerate the value company create from innovation, research and commercialization within and between company businesses as company highlight the strategic importance of these areas across the company. Nicolas Aubert will continue in his current roles as Head of Great Britain and Chief Executive Officer of Willis Limited to ensure a smooth transition of his responsibilities and will leave thereafter to pursue new interests.
Willis Towers Watson Public Limited Company is a world leader in consulting, insurance brokerage and risk management software development. Revenues break down by activity as follows:
- human capital and social benefits consulting services (35.6%): consulting services in the organization, skills assessment, management and optimization of social benefits, compensation of executives and employees, etc. ;
- development of enterprise risk management solutions and services (31.9%): risk analysis, assessment consulting, effective risk management and anticipation services, design and development of software solutions for risk management. The group is also developing an insurance brokerage activity;
- risk/return balance management consulting services (17.7%): for investors, insurers and reinsurers. Additionally, the group offers insurance and reinsurance consulting services, financial management services, financing and investment strategies, as well as actuarial studies and expertise in mergers and acquisitions, etc., while developing software solutions for modeling and analysis of risks and financial activities;
- management and operation of a platform for the exchange and outsourcing of group health insurance plans and medical benefits (14.7%): allowing employees and retirees to choose the health coverage that meets their needs;
- other (0.1%).
Revenue is distributed geographically as follows: Ireland (1.7%), the United States (49.7%), the United Kingdom (20.5%) and other (28.1%).
