(SZSE:300772) for CNY 180 million on December 25, 2023. As of August 2023, Zhangbei Ertai Wind Power Generation Co., Ltd. generated total assets of CNY 767.3 million and net assets of CNY 225.97 million. The transaction was approved by board of directors of CECEP Wind-power Corporation Co.,Ltd.
