WINIA AID CO., LTD. Dayou AP Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A290120) agreed to acquire a 6.3% stake in Winia Aid Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A377460) from WINIA Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A071460) for KRW 5.9 billion on March 31, 2023, The transaction is expected to close on March 31, 2023.
Dayou AP Co.,Ltd. agreed to acquire a 6.3% stake in Winia Aid Co., Ltd. from WINIA Co., Ltd. for KRW 5.9 billion.
