4.Reason for the change:
The total outstanding shares of WNC has changed as a result of the
cancellation of restricted stock awards.
The payout ratio for cash dividends was adjusted accordingly.

The AGM has authorized the Chairman to adjust the ratio of cash dividends
in accordance with the resolutions of the 2022/06/10 meeting.
