Papa Bella Enterprises, Inc. (PAPA) announced the acquisition of the Mini-Dollar Stores, Inc. The company will change its name to Mini-Dollar Stores, Inc. to reflect PAPA's new business direction, but will keep the symbol PAPA. Further, Mr. Merle Ferguson has been appointed as PAPA's new CEO, President and Chairman of the Board.
