Wolftank-Adisa Holding AG (XTRA:WAH) agreed to acquire 40% and one share stake in Petroltecnica S.p.a. for ?4 million on September 12, 2023. Post completion of this transaction Wolftank-Adisa Holding AG hold the majority stake in Petroltecnica S.p.a. Petroltecnica generated the sales of ?28.9 million for the year ended 2022. Wolftank Supervisory Board and the Management Board approved this transaction.
The closing is expected to take place in the coming weeks.
