BRISBANE - 26 June 2013

Brisbane hotels are bursting at the seams ahead of tomorrow's State of Origin Game Two, according to leading travel website Wotif.com.

Wotif.com Product Director, Donna Rodios, said bookings were up 106 per cent compared to bookings for last Wednesday.

"We've seen strong bookings over the past few weeks and we've had a flurry of late bookings, especially over the weekend," Ms Rodios said.

"After the Blues' win in Game One, the anticipation for tomorrow night's match is as high as it can be.

"There are more footy fans staying in Brisbane for this game compared to 2011's Game One at Suncorp Stadium, with bookings currently up 10 per cent.

"There's not a lot of availability left for tomorrow night, especially for single night stays."

While most footy fans have already secured their accommodation, there is still some availability for tomorrow night on Wotif.com.
