ASX and Media Release WPG appoints Helen Wiseman non-executive Director

WPG Resources Ltd (ASX: WPG, WPGO) has appointed Helen Wiseman as a non- executive Director, effective immediately.

Helen is a Chartered Accountant and former partner at accounting firm KPMG. She has over 20 years' experience working in professional services firms advising a broad range of corporate clients in the mining, oil and gas, energy, manufacturing and government sectors. She is a director of, and chairs the audit committee of, Bid Corporation Limited (Bidcorp), a global foodservice group listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.

She is also a director of two private companies involved in creative technology and fintech: Unit Co (where Helen also chairs the audit committee) and Imalia, a financial services company she co-founded.

Helen has a strong involvement in philanthropy and the not-for-profit sector where she has been Chair of SHINE for Kids since 2004, and is currently a director and audit committee chair of Choice. Helen has previously held directorships in a number of not- for-profit organisations.

She is a CEO mentor and coach at The Executive Connection, working in partnership with her clients to develop their effectiveness as leaders, to see beyond current trends, to challenge their own perceptions and enhance their lives.

Helen participated in the Benevolent Society Sydney Leadership Program 2012, is one of the 2014 Australian Financial Review and Westpac 100 Women of Influence, and is listed in the Who's Who of Australian Women.

She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Institute of Directors Southern Africa, Women on Boards and an associate member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Helen's appointment reflects WPG's commitment to board renewal, generational change, and diversity. She brings strong financial skills to the board, where two thirds of board members until now have had a technical background in the mining sector.
