Geron Co.,Ltd announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2020. For the first quarter, the company announced sales was CNY 358.311 million compared to CNY 482.549 million a year ago. Operating income was CNY 5.396 million compared to CNY 26.882 million a year ago. Net income was CNY 2.085 million compared to CNY 19.214 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was CNY 0.01 compared to CNY 0.11 a year ago.
Wuchan Zhongda Geron Co Ltd, formerly Geron Co Ltd, is a China-based company principally engaged in the production and sales of textile carding equipment and stainless-steel decorating material boards. The textile carding equipment mainly include metallic card clothing, flexible flat-top card clothing, flexible woolen card clothing, stationary flats, integrated cylinders, top combs, combing rollers and other carding parts. The stainless steel decorating material boards are mainly used in elevator refurnishing, home electric appliance surface boards, kitchen and bathroom appliances and interior and exterior decoration. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
