Geron Co.,Ltd announced earnings results for the half year ended June 30, 2021. For the half year, the company announced sales was CNY 1,522.216 million compared to CNY 1,018.294 million a year ago. Operating income was CNY 111.842 million compared to CNY 50.051 million a year ago. Net income was CNY 80.474 million compared to CNY 33.976 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was CNY 0.46 compared to CNY 0.19 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was CNY 0.45 compared to CNY 0.19 a year ago.
Wuchan Zhongda Geron Co Ltd, formerly Geron Co Ltd, is a China-based company principally engaged in the production and sales of textile carding equipment and stainless-steel decorating material boards. The textile carding equipment mainly include metallic card clothing, flexible flat-top card clothing, flexible woolen card clothing, stationary flats, integrated cylinders, top combs, combing rollers and other carding parts. The stainless steel decorating material boards are mainly used in elevator refurnishing, home electric appliance surface boards, kitchen and bathroom appliances and interior and exterior decoration. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
