Ganzhou Yuhong Investment Management Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) signed shares transfer agreement to acquire 5.24% stake in Wuhan Golden Laser Co., Ltd (SZSE:300220) from Liang Wei for approximately CNY 180 million on June 14, 2019. As per the terms, consideration will be payable in cash and Ganzhou Yuhong will acquire 6.6 million share at CNY 27.61 per share. Post acquisition, Liang Wei will hold 56 million shares representing 44.4% stake in Wuhan Golden.
