The Company’s actual controller, controlling shareholder, Chairman of the Board and General Manager Li Xin, Zou Junyu, Ji Feng, company’s directors, supervisors or senior management members shareholders Xu Shaofeng, Zhang Li, Guo Zhiqiang, Lu Xifeng, Zhou Xiangrong, Gao Ping and Xu Yongguang and company’s other shareholders except Li Xin, Zou Junyu, Ji Feng, Xu Shaofeng, Zhang Li, Guo Zhiqiang, Lu Xifeng, Zhou Xiangrong, Gao Ping and Xu Yongguang committed to not transfer the shares within 36 months from the listing date.
