On March 14, 2014, Marissa Gardini resigned as Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning and Marketing of Xcel Brands, Inc. The company and Gardini entered into a new Employment Agreement. Pursuant to the Employment Agreement, Gardini resigned from all positions as an officer and director of the company and will continue to be employed by the company on an 'at will basis'.
Xcel Brands, Inc. is a media and consumer products company. Lori Goldstein brands, including LOGO by Lori Goldstein, and the brand is available through the QVC channel.
