Chang Run China Investments : Delay in publication of the annual report for the year ended 31 December 2015

Delay in publication of the annual report for the year ended 31 December 2015.

Chang Run China Investments Holding AG (the 'Company' and together with its subsidiaries, the 'Group') wishes to announce that it is not able to publish the annual report for the year ended 31 December 2015 on or before 30 June 2016, which is the deadline required by Deutsche Borse.

The Company has been informed by its auditor that the audit of the financial statements of the Group for the year ended 31 December 2015 in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards has yet to be completed. The Company understands that the delay in completion of the auditing process is principally due to certain collateral issues on an advancement to one of the principal shareholders of the Company.

The Company and the principal shareholder of the Company are working on the solution to the issues and expect that the issues could be resolved within a short period time. Other than the collateral issues, the Company confirms that there is no other issue which causes the delay in the publication of the annual report for the year ended 31 December 2015.
