RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors", each a "Director") of Huan Yue Interactive Holdings Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") announces that Mr. REN Hao ("Mr. Ren") has resigned as executive Director and ceased to act as a member of the nomination committee of the Board with effect from 23 September 2019 due to the need to devote more time to the Group's online gaming business as a general manager of the gaming business.

Mr. Ren has confirmed that (i) he has no claims against the Company in respect of his resignation;

1. he has no disagreement with the Board; and (iii) there is no matter in relation to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its gratitude to Mr. Ren for his contribution to the Company during the tenure of his office.
