Guanghui Energy Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600256) agreed to acquire 20% stake in Xinjiang Hejin Holding Co.,Ltd (SZSE:000633) from Huoer Guosi Tonghai Equity Investment Co Ltd for approximately CNY 750 million on June 15, 2022. As per the terms, Guanghui Energy will acquire 77,021,275 shares at CNY 9.7439 per share.

XINJIANG HEJIN HOLDING CO., LTD, formerly Shenyang Hejin Holding Co., Ltd., is an investment holding company. Through its subsidiaries, the Company mainly engages in the manufacture and sale of alloy materials, as well as trading business. The Companyâs products include alloy wires and alloy bars, such as electric vacuum alloys, electric resistance alloys, spark plug electrode alloys, nickel and nickel alloy wires used for welding rods and wires, among others. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
