Yamada Holdings Co., Ltd. (TSE:9831) intends to acquire Aizu Dust Center, K.K. on December 19, 2022. Yamada Holdings Co., Ltd. (TSE:9831) executed a share transfer agreement to acquire Aizu Dust Center, K.K. on December 23, 2022. As of December 19, 2022, the board of Yamada Holdings Co., Ltd. approved the transaction. The transaction is expected to complete on February 1, 2023.

It also operates environmental businesses, financial businesses, and businesses related to building materials.
