Tier IV, Inc. announced that it has raised ¥12,100 million in funding through third party allotment on July 19, 2022. The transaction included participation from returning investors Sompo Holdings, Inc., Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd., and new investor Bridgestone Corporation.
