We inform you that we have acquired treasury shares relating to the purchase of treasury shares pursuant to Article 156 of the Companies Act as applied pursuant to Article 165, paragraph 3 of the said Act.
In addition, we also inform you that the purchase of treasury shares pursuant to the resolution at the Board of Directors held on May 12, 2023, has been completed.
