2.Co-construction: 3 pieces of lands with ownership portion, including
Sublots 918-1, 918-2 of Lot Pingtian and Sublot 417-2 of Lot Chongde,
Beitun District, Taichung City.

1. Land of Trading: 14 pieces of lands with ownership portion of 60%,

 with a total area of 1,129.92 square meters or 341.8010 pings, and
a total transaction amount of NTD454,603,380
2. Co-construction: 3 pieces of lands with ownership pportion, including
Sublots 918-1 and 918-2 of Lot Pingtian and Sublot 417-2 of Lot Chongde,
Beitun District, Taichung City, with a total area of 836.9932 square meters
or 253.1912 pings. The land is provided by the landlord. The Company funded
the construction. (Co-construction housing)
