Youngtimers Welcomes Ownership Change of Gremi Media SA

Youngtimers AG has been a significant minority investor (with a board participation) in Gremi Media for several years and had welcomed the original investment of the Soros-backed investment fund Pluralis in Gremi Media SA back in 2021. Youngtimers had signaledits desire to exit its Gremi investment on April 1st and in the meantime worked to facilitate the ownership change and smooth transition to the new leadership for Gremi Media SA.

We are pleased with today's announcement and welcome Pluralis as the majority owner of Gremi Media SA and the timely decision made by all the parties to the transaction. Youngtimers AG has discontinued its plans for an immediate exit from Gremi Media and will remain a supportive minority shareholder to the new leadership of the firm.
