Eugene Ent Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire 30.95% stake in YTN Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A040300) from Kepco Kdn Co. Ltd and Korea Racing Authority for approximately KRW 320 billion on November 10, 2023. Under the terms, Eugene will pay KRW 24,610 per share as consideration.
Of the total consideration, 10% deposit shall be paid at conclusion of the contract and the remaining 90% shall be paid at transaction conclusion. The deal is expected to be completed on February 15, 2024.
