1.The share conversion case between the company and Hitachi,Ltd. was
approved by the resolution of the extraordinary shareholders meeting on
November 16,2021,and was approved by the TWSE to terminate the listing and
the Financial Supervisory Commission approved the application to stop the
public offering.The base date for share conversion is April 21,2022.
2.Cash consideration for share conversion and release date:
(1)Share conversion consideration: NT$65.1 per share in cash.
(2)Payment date for share conversion payment: April 28,2022.
