Grinders Producing Plant AD is a Bulgaria-based grinders producing plant. The Company’s product range includes universal cylindrical grinding machines, flat and surface grinding machines with horizontal spindle and rectangular table, combined grinding machines with hydro mechanical control, metal planers, woodworking machines, planer-type milling machine and fabrication center machines. The Company operates in Bulgaria, Germany, Romania, Egypt and the Russian Federation. As of May 5, 2011, the Company’s major shareholder was Metalorezheshti mashini AD with a stake of 46.14%.
