APPOINTMENT OF BOARD CHAIRMAN NOTICE

She is highly experienced in Internal and External Audit with a deep understanding of risk-based audits, enterprise risk management and consulting engagements in the financial services sector, Tourism and Hospitality, Manufacturing and Retail industries.

She was appointed as a Non-Executive Director for ZB Financial Holdings Limited effective March 2019 and served as the Chairperson of the ZBFH Audit Committee until March 2024.

award in 2015. She is an avid casual golfer and loves to learn more about the sport.

The Board of Directors of ZB Financial Holdings Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Agnes The Board, Management and staff of ZB Financial Makamure as the Acting Chairman of ZB Financial Holdings congratulate Agnes on her appointment as the Holdings Limited Board with effect from 20 March 2024. Agnes Makamure is a Chartered Accountant by profession, having trained with BDO Kudenga By Order of the Board Chartered Accountants (Zimbabwe).

She joined Masimba Holdings Limited in 2008 as Finance Manager of the construction business unit and was later appointed to her current role as Finance

Director in 2015.

Agnes has over 15 years' experience in strategy formulation, implementation, financial reporting, corporate governance, risk management, International Financial Reporting Standards and financial management.
