David Casarett is a leading palliative care physician and health services researcher whose work focuses on improving systems of care for people with serious life-threatening illnesses. He is a Professor of Medicine at the prestigious Duke University School of Medicine, and the Chief of Palliative Care in Duke Health. His research and clinical interests include evaluating the use of cannabis to treat neuropathic pain and nausea. Dustin Sulak is an integrative medicine practitioner and leader in the emerging field of cannabinoid medicine. His clinical practice focuses on treating refractory conditions in adults and children. Dr. Sulak is the founder of two specialist clinics in the US that have treated over 18,000 patients with medical cannabis. Dr. Sulak is also the founder of Tested Labs, a cannabis analytic laboratory, and healer.com, a medical cannabis education resource. He sits on the board of directors of the Society of Cannabis Clinicians and lectures internationally on the science and clinical applications of cannabis.
