Wuxi Xiongwei Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire 81.82% stake in Wuxi Xiongwei Precision-Machinery Sci-Tech Co., Ltd. from Zhejiang Wanfeng Auto Wheel Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002085) for CNY900 million on December 6, 2023. The company held the 6th meeting of the 8th board of directors on December 6, 2023. The meeting reviewed and approved the "Proposal on the Transfer of Equity Interests in Wholly Owned Subsidiaries" with 9 votes in favor and no objections or abstentions.
