Zhongshan Broad-Ocean Motor Co., Ltd. announced 2011 final cash dividend for every 10 shares (tax included) of: CNY 3.90000000 with record date of: May 30, 2012, ex-date of: May 31, 2012 and payment date of: May 31, 2012. 10% withholding tax on cash dividend will be deducted in CNY within the cash dividend receivable. Tax on cash dividend for every 10 shares: CNY 0.39000000 (10% x CNY 3.90000000). Net cash dividend for every 10 shares after tax of: CNY 3.51000000 (CNY 3.90000000- CNY 0.39000000).
