Sub: Outcome of the Second Meeting of the Committee of Creditors of Zicom Electronic Security Systems Limited - Under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process ("Corporate Debtor")

Ref: Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

In reference to the captioned subject and pursuant to Regulation 30(2) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("LODR") and in accordance with the requirements of sub-clause 16(g) of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of LODR, the undersigned hereby informs that, the Meeting of Committee of Creditors ("CoC") of the Corporate Debtor was held on Wednesday, September 21, 2022, wherein CoC decided to E- Vote on the following matters:

1. To appoint a Resolution Professional and to fix the remuneration which shall constitute Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process Costs.
2. To discuss and approve the eligibility criteria for invitation of expression of interest from Potential Resolution Applicants.

The E-voting shall commence from Friday, September 23, 2022, at 11.00 AM and shall conclude on Monday, September 26, 2022, at 5.00 PM. The final E-voting results shall be communicated to the Exchange.
