ZIGExN Co., Ltd. (TSE:3679) acquired Brain Lab,Inc. from its individual shareholder for ¥1.2 billion on July 17, 2014. ZIGExN Co., Ltd. acquired 200 shares of Brain Lab. During the period ended October 2013, Brain Lab,Inc. had net assets of ¥56 million, total assets of ¥134 million, sales of ¥301 million, operating profit of ¥76 million, current profit of ¥75 million, and net income of ¥45 million. Board of Directors of ZIGExN Co., Ltd. made a resolution in favor of the transaction on July 17, 2014. The advisory expenses were ¥1 million.
