On January 15, 2018, Mr. Ralph DeVore, age 80, provided notice to Zion Oil & Gas, Inc. of his resignation from the Board of Directors. His resignation is effective as of January 15, 2018 from both the Board of Directors and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
