2. Purpose of this appointment
In March 2021, the Company renewed ZOZOTOWN and launched ZOZOVILLA which offers a lineup of domestic and overseas luxury brands, as a part of categories that the Company is strengthening. ZOZOVILLA is a domestic and overseas luxury/designer brands zone in ZOZOTOWN. As we have grown together with fashion ever since our foundation, we have again started the zone with strong mind to provide opportunities for "fashion-lovers". In order to strengthen this category in the future, we appointed Ms. Christine Edman (hereinafter referred to as "Ms. Edman") as an executive officer. As Ms. Edman has many years of work experience at overseas global apparel companies, the Company expects Ms. Edman to attract overseas brands with her ability to develop new business partners. In addition, the Company believes that Ms. Edman is the right person for strategic planning in the area of store opening and sales support in the existing ZOZOTOWN business as well.
