Subject: Correction of Certain Information Contained in the Company's Consolidated Report for 1H 2020.

Content:

The Management Board of ZUE S.A. with registered office in Cracow (the "Company," the "Issuer") inform that as a result of editorial mistakes, certain information as to the remuneration of members of the Company's Supervisory Board and the total amount of mortgages contained in the Consolidated Half-Yearly Report for 6 Months Ended 30 June 2020 (the "Report") is incorrect.

Accordingly, the Issuer corrects the said document by:

1) Changing the data concerning the remuneration of members of the Company's Supervisory Board in the first half of 2020 contained in the tables under the heading "Remuneration of key management personnel" on pages 50 and 88 of the Report.

2) Changing the data concerning the amount of mortgages in the comparative period contained in the tables under the heading "Contingent liabilities" on pages 53 and 89 of the Report.

3) Supplementing the "Comparability of financial information" item on pages 56 and 93 in connection with the change specified in item 2) above.

The information disclosed in the Consolidated Half-Yearly Report for 6 Months Ended 30 June 2020 has been corrected and presented in the appendix hereto.
