Zumtobel Group AG: Postponement of the Extraordinary General Meeting

Dornbirn, Austria - Due to the increasing spread of the coronavirus, the Austrian Federal Government has decided to implement extensive measures in order to contain the epidemic. These measures will also affect the upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting of the Zumtobel Group AG on 27 March 2020.
The health and safety of everyone involved is the Zumtobel Group's top priority. As a responsible company, the Zumtobel Group therefore supports the measures taken by the Federal Government and is postponing the Extraordinary General Meeting in Dornbirn, which was convened for 27 March 2020, for an indefinite period of time in order to consider further developments. The announcement of the postponed Extraordinary General Meeting will be published in due time in the official gazette 'Amtsblatt zur Wiener Zeitung' and via a medium pursuant to § 123 para. 4 BörseG.
