AMETEK : MRO’s Muirhead Avionics to Supply of IFF Mode 5 Test Sets for the German Armed Forces

SOUTHALL, LONDON - AMETEK MRO's Muirhead Avionics will exclusively supply and support the German Armed Forces as the European distributor for Tel Instrument Electronics Corporation (TIC) of New Jersey, USA, which manufacturers IFF and Avionics Flight Line Ground Support equipment.
Muirhead Avionics, a 20-year representative for TIC, will provide the German Armed Forces 200 TIC T-4530i IFF Mode 5 test sets with ongoing calibration and support through 2026. Due to the size of this contract, TIC was able to create the T-4530i test set specifically for the international market, therefore facilitating future international sales. It confirms Muirhead Avionics as a major supplier of IFF Ground Support Equipment.
