Athens Water Supply & Sewage : 2017 DIVIDEND PAYMENT

EYDAP SA announces that, in accordance with paragraph 4.1.3.4 of the ASE Regulation and following the Ordinary General Shareholder's Meeting Resolution, which took place on June 18th 2018, the Company will distribute a dividend of 0.20 euro per share gross for the fiscal year 2017, which represents approximately 50% of the 2017 profits.
After the imposition of a 15% tax (euro 0.03 per share, according to article 44 L.4389/2016 as it is currently effective) the net dividend will amount to 0.17 euro per share.
Shareholders of EYDAP S.A. that are entitled to receive dividend for the fiscal year 2017 are those who are registered in the records of the Dematerialized Securities System on Monday, June 25th 2018 (record date) and consequently ex-dividend date is Friday, June 22th 2018.
Dividend payment will take place on Friday, 29th of June 2018, from 'Piraeus Bank', as follows:
1. Through the operators of the Greek Dematerialized Securities System (DSS/SAT) for the shareholders who have authorized their operators to collect.
2. Through the branch network of the Piraeus Bank for the Shareholders who have requested an exemption from their DSS/SAT Operator.
3. For the shareholders who have not been able to be credited by their DSS/SAT operator, dividend may be collected from the branch network of Piraeus Bank.
Dividend collection for shareholders of cases 2 and 3 will be possible for five (5) years (i.e. until it's been written off), and is effected by disclosing the DSS/SAT (Securities Account Number of the Investor), proof of official identification and Tax Registration Number, either in person or with a legally designated representative.
