B2Holding : Mandatory notification of trade by Primary Insider

Adele Pran, a member of the Board of Directors of B2Holding ASA, has on 7 May
2020 acquired 90,000 shares in B2Holding ASA at an average price of NOK 4.22 and
sold the same number of shares at an average price of NOK 3.93. Following these
transactions, Adele Pran's shareholding in the Company remains unchanged at zero
shares.
