CA Immobilien Anlagen : Immo rents out 3,000 square metres (32,000 square feet) in Düsseldorf

CA Immo has concluded a rental agreement in BelsenPark for the office and commercial building Belmundo for around 2,700 m² (29,000 ft²) of rental space. The tenant is Indeed GmbH, a company from the personnel services industry. At the same time, an existing rental agreement with the company in the neighbouring building LaVista was extended. Both office buildings are thus fully let.

In total, Indeed is renting around 3,000 m² (32,000 ft²) in the buildings Belmundo and LaVista. The company is the world's biggest job site (in relation to total visits, source: comScore). CA Immo completed the buildings in BelsenPark Oberkassel in 2014. Whilst the upper floors of the buildings feature high-quality office space, the ground floor areas house retail and restaurant spaces. The buildings also form the metropolitan centre of the new BelsenPark quarter.

BelsenPark is a quarter developed by CA Immo in the popular Düsseldorf city district Oberkassel. In recent years, over 450 apartments have been created here, alongside office buildings. The quarter, which forms a direct extension of the shopping street Luegallee and Belsenplatz, is characterised by the large park that lends it its name. Whilst the first, larger section of the quarter has already been completed, CA Immo is currently developing the second section to the west together with the City of Düsseldorf.
