EBR & EBR.B; LATIBEX: XELT.O & XELT.B) hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general, due to the misinformation that appears on the Bloomberg website, that the dividends referring to 2019 fiscal year still depend on a management proposal by the Company's Board of Directors for subsequent approval by the Annual General Meeting to be convened.
The Company has already communicated to Bloomberg that the information about the dividends becoming "ex" on June 12, 2020 is wrong and has been requesting its correction since April 28.
At this moment, there is no currently resolution on the payment of dividends.
