Cherry AB (publ) is a Sweden-based service company active in the gaming industry, with a focus on casino, slot machines and Internet gaming. The Company's operations are run online, in restaurants in Sweden and on ships. The Company's business conducts joint development projects and consists of three divisions: Online Gaming, Restaurant Casino and Maritime Gaming. Online Gaming is operated through the sites SverigeAutomaten.com, NorgesAutomaten.com, DanmarksAutomaten.com, PlayCherry.com, EuroLotto.com and CherryAffiliates.com. The Restaurant Casino division operates mainly table games, including blackjack and roulette, in approximately 250 Swedish restaurants and nightclubs. The Maritime Gaming division conducts gaming on around 66 ships, which operate in the Baltic Sea, the North Sea, the English Channel, the Irish Sea and in the Mediterranean.
