Milan, November 26 2018 - In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, CIR-Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between November 19 and 23 it bought back 201,858 own shares at an average price of € 0.9080, for a total amount of € 183,292.05. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 149,170,292 own shares, equal to 18.7803% of its share capital.
