The appointment of Beat Malacarne, Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Comet Group since June 1, 2019, will expire at the end of October 2019.
The Board of Directors and management take this opportunity to already thank Beat Malacarne for his valuable support during this time and wish him the very best for the future. The search for a successor for the CFO position is underway.
