We are pleased to announce our Elements development and Acton Gardens have been shortlisted at the National Housing Awards; recognising the most significant contribution made to neighbourhood regeneration through the use of affordable home ownership

We are pleased to announce that our Elements development, delivered in partnership with Enfield Council, has been shortlisted for Best Large Scheme in Planning (30+ units).

What's more, our Acton Gardens, the joint venture between Countryside, L&Q and Ealing Council, has been shortlisted for Best Regeneration Project at the National Housing Awards.

The National Housing Awards Best Regeneration Project award recognises the most significant contribution made to neighbourhood regeneration through the use of affordable home ownership.

Elements is the largest housing-estate renewal scheme in Enfield. When complete, the project will deliver 55,000 sq ft of new facilities and 21,000 sq ft of commercial space, creating excellent amenities to the benefit of Enfield's vibrant community.

Our Acton Gardens regeneration scheme launched in 2011; it will provide 2,850 new homes upon completion in 2028. This ambitious development has received both Regeneration and Project Awardsat the Housing Design Awards in 2016, and was recently shortlisted for Best Regeneration Initiative at the 2018 Housebuilder Awards.

The award for Best Scheme in Planning (30+ units) is given to schemes that demonstrate consultation with the local community; show commitment to environmental sustainability; respond to local demand; and show sensitivity to the surrounding neighbourhoods.

The National Housing Awards ceremony will take place on 6 September at Grosvenor House in London where the winners will be announced.
