TH Investment Pte Ltd ("THI"), a substantial shareholder of the in the Listed Issuer, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tat Hong Investments Pte Ltd, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chwee Cheng & Sons Pte Ltd ("CCSPL"). THI owns 47.28% interest in the Listed Issuer.

42.03% of the issued share capital of CCSPL is owned by the Chwee Cheng Trust (constituted under trust deed). Being joint trustees of Chwee Cheng Trust, as shareholder of 11.1% direct interest in CCSPL, Mr Ng San Tiong, along with CCSPL and Tat Hong Investments Pte Ltd, is deemed to be interested in all shares held by THI in the Listed Issuer.
