The Company’s structural engineering works comprise reinforced concrete works, which include steel reinforcement works, formwork erection and concrete works and precast installation works. Its wet architectural works comprised masonry building works, plastering and screeding works, tiling works and waterproofing works. The Company participates in various building and infrastructure projects in both the public and private sectors in Singapore. Public sector projects include the building of hospitals and mass rapid transit (MRT) stations, which are initiated by the Singapore Government departments, statutory bodies or Government-controlled entities. Private sector projects include the building of office buildings and data centers, which are driven by property developers.
