Technology company IAI industrial systems will supply a banknote perforation system to China
Technology company IAI industrial systems B.V. in Veldhoven, The Netherlands, a subsidiary of the stock listed company DOCDATA N.V. in Waalwijk, The Netherlands, will supply a banknote perforation system to the Technology Center of the China Banknote Printing & Minting Corporation in Beijing, China.
The China Banknote Printing & Minting Corporation is part of the People's Bank of China. The system is able to apply the well-known security feature named MicroPerf® which is
already applied in e.g. Swiss, Russian and Romanian banknotes. Thanks to new
innovations the system is also able to apply two new laser-perforated security features.
Being a leading equipment supplier to the Security Printing market, IAI industrial systems supplies systems for securing and/or personalisation of passports, ID-cards, driver licences, banknotes, diplomas and other security documents.
