Bertagni has recently opened the new facilities of its fresh pasta production plant in Avio (Trento, Italy). The remodelling and modernisation of the plant has been completed in less than a year, including restauration and improvement of the entire structure, removal of all the old lines and installation of a new production line, with state-of-the-art technology. Total investment in this work amounted to €4 million.

The new facilities, with an area of 12,000 m2, will enable the company to meet growing demand from customer and double its production capacity
