We appreciate the patience of our customers as we assessed damage and worked to restore power to our customers safely and quickly over the last three days. Port Arthur & Mid County
As of 8:00 am Tuesday, May 14, Entergy Texas has restored power to all but 168 customers in the Port Arthur and Mid County areas. Overnight, crews restored power to 945 additional customers in these areas. Crews continue work today to restore the power to all remaining customers.
Any customers still without power in this area should inspect their electrical facilities on their home or business and, if damaged, contact a licensed electrician to make the necessary repairs, if no damage is evident, please report your outage to Entergy. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working as quickly as safely possible. If you are experiencing an outage and need assistance, please contact 1-800-ENTERGY (1-800-368-3749).
