SILOAM HOSPITALS BALI NOT AFFECTED BY LOMBOK EARTHQUAKE

Bowsprit Capital Corporation Limited, as manager (the "Manager") of First Real Estate Investment Trust ("First REIT"), wishes to announce that the operations of First REIT's property in Bali, namely Siloam Hospitals Bali, was not affected by the earthquake that rocked Lombok Island on 5 August 2018.
