Frankfurt, March 25, 2020, 4:37 PM CET Release of an ad hoc announcement according to Section 17 MAR The Executive Board of Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide (Fraport AG) resolved today, on March 25, 2020, to change its resolution on the appropriation of net profits of the financial year 2019 to the Annual General Meeting. In the light of the recent developments of the coronavirus pandemic it is now proposed to the Annual General Meeting to carry forward the net profits of the financial year 2019 entirely onto revenue reserves. Since the proposed appropriation of net profits of 2 Euros per Fraport share, the intensity of the spread of the coronavirus, as well as related travel restrictions and restrictions on public life, have significantly increased. The changed framework conditions have a clearly more negative impact on the business, revenue and earnings situation of Fraport AG and its Group companies than initially expected. Also the outlook for the dividend proposal for the financial year 2020, according to which the dividend for the financial year 2020 was forecast to be kept stable compared to 2019, has also been revised due to the reasons stated above.
